We can assure you that we have strict health & safety measures in place, which have certainly got even stricter due to the current pandemic. Having a small team allows us to monitor everyone closely throughout the process, and on top of our existing handwashing policies, we now have hand sanitising stations which everyone must use regularly, including upon entry to the building.
We also have PPE available throughout our workspace, including face masks and require regular glove changes. As well as our usual cleaning schedules, we now also conduct regular workstation sanitisation throughout the day with a full pack down and full clean at the end of each day. We also do not post any orders out on the weekend to allow us to do another deep clean and reset for the following work week.

We are able to post our delicious treats anywhere in the UK and USA!
We have recently expanded our delivery locations to include the US with our couriers!
If you receive a message at checkout stating “There Are No Shipping Options Available. Please Ensure That Your Address Has Been Entered Correctly, Or Contact Us If You Need Any Help.” this means either that your address hasn’t been entered correctly or that we don’t currently ship to your area.

Although we no longer offer local delivery, we do offer a Click & Collect service, or standard postage options.

We are pleased to now offer a click and collect service for local customers! Place your order as normal and then choose “Click & Collect” at checkout – Then you’ll be able to collect your sweeties after 2 working days, from 10am-3pm, Monday – Friday.
This means that if you order on:
- Monday, you’ll be able to collect Wednesday
- Tuesday, you’ll be able to collect Thursday
- Wednesday, you’ll be able to collect Friday
- Thursday, you’ll be able to collect Monday
- Friday, you’ll be able to collect Tuesday
- Saturday, you’ll be able to collect Tuesday
- Sunday, you’ll be able to collect Tuesday
If this option doesn’t appear to you, it means that you currently live outside of our accepted post code area. We will look at growing this area in future, so please do keep an eye out for updates!

Order by 12pm on Express Shipping for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or after 12pm on our Express Shipping service, will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on our Economy shipping service will be dispatched within 2 full working days.
Our Economy shipping service is via Royal Mail and can take up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.
Our Express shipping service is sent with either DHL or DPD.
Please note: Royal Mail, DPD and DHL are experiencing an increased workload during peak periods – we will always endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible but we can not be held responsible for delivery delays once they have left the warehouse. Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.
Please note that our couriers do not deliver on weekends and bank holidays.
Yes – you can build your own sweet box and choose from over 140 different sweet selections! Just click on ‘Build-a-Box’ on the drop down menu.
Definitely! Is there anything better than a box of delicious treats landing on your doorstep every month (or week!). Save money by selecting our subscription service – All of our pouches and sweet boxes are available as a subscription, just click on subscription on the individual product page that you’d like!
Of course! Just pop your friends address details in the delivery address section and away you go! Make sure you add any personalised gift notes on the individual product pages!
We know how frustrating this can be and whilst it’s rare, unfortunately postal delays can happen.
Whilst we can’t control the delivery times for our economy shipping service once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our faithful posties, send us over a message to [email protected] and we will do all we can to locate your order with Royal Mail.
Please note that we are experiencing substantial delays with Royal Mail during this busy time.
Our Express shipping service is a fully tracked service. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive tracking information. Should you have any queries regarding this, please contact the courier (DPD or DHL).
Double check that you are redeeming the code against the product/s that it’s valid for and if it’s still not working, just pop us over a message to [email protected] and one of the team would be more than happy to help.
We take health and hygiene regulations very seriously, so we are unable to accept any returns.

We like to keep our website up to date, so it is very unusual to be able to purchase an out of stock product.
However, on our bespoke products (for example, our Build A Sweet Box), we do occasionally run out of stock on some of our pick & mix on short notice within busy periods. On the rare occasion this happens, we substitute that product for a similar product or add more of your selected sweets to replace this, as per our terms and conditions.
Please be assured that you will receive the same amount of sweets that you paid for, and we double check our weights multiple times. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for individual scoops within our Build A Sweet Box.
