We reserve the right to withdraw products at our discretion at any time.
We have made every effort to describe the products shown on this website as accurately as possible.
Pictures are examples of the products for website purposes. You agree and are aware that what you receive may differ in content.
Our sweet selection is changing regularly and therefore the contents that you receive in your sweet boxes will also change regularly.
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Allergens: Please note that our sweet boxes are all made in the same vicinity and may contain milk – wheat – Soya – Nut Traces. Our full list of products available and the ingredients can be found on our ingredients page.
We are unable to accept returns under any circumstances due to health and hygiene regulations.
Should you be unhappy with your order or there is an issue with your purchase, please get in touch.
A rolling month by month subscription applies. You can cancel your subscription at any time up until 14 days before your next monthly payment is due. Any cancellations after this will be charged their next order and cancelled thereafter.
Amendments To Your Order:
Amendments can not be made to your order once the order has been processed.
Should you have a query about your order please get in touch.
You can log in to your account through the website and switch boxes eg: switch between our fizzy free/sour/traditional boxes throughout your subscription up until 14 days before your payment is due.
If you have a questions regarding a product please enquire before you place your order. Once orders have been placed we can not amend them.
Discount codes can not be used against subscription boxes unless specifically stated.
Discount codes must be used within 3 months of allocation.
We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes at any time without explanation or reason.
You the customer are solely responsible, and you use the service provided at your own discrepancy.
Standard delivery is £2.99 and takes 3-5 working days. Other delivery options include Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 at an additional cost.
Free delivery available for orders of £35.00 or more.
Subscriptions: Your order will be posted within two working days following your cleared subscription payment.
Local Delivery: Local delivery is free within Starcross, Dawlish & Teignmouth only. As of 22/06/2020 our local delivery area no longer covers Newton Abbot or Exminster and standard postage rates apply.
Minimum order spend for local delivery is £10.00.
Delivery days for local delivery are Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 5pm. Orders placed before 12pm on these days will receive delivery the same day. After 12pm, your order will be delivered on the next available local delivery day.
Collection from our Dawlish based warehouse is welcome Monday – Friday at a pre-arranged time. Please get in touch should you wish to collect your order directly.
We will not be held responsible for postal delays.
Bank Holidays: Please note that we do not post out on bank holidays. Any orders placed and due for dispatch on a bank holiday will be posted on the next available working day.
